- Degree in French labour law, human resources or another field relevant to HR (equivalent to bac+5)
- A 3-5 years' experience post studies in human resources and/or labour law, ideally in a tech start-up environment including employee relations.
- Mandatory first experience on payroll topics
- Fluency in French and English
- Detail driven person with a bias for data, numbers and accurate work.

Providing flawless execution and embedded service will be key to maintain a great employee experience and agility to the business.
