    Vous reporterez à la Directrice des Ventes

    Vos atouts :

  • Très organisé(-e) et soucieux(-se) du détail, prêt(-e) à prendre des responsabilités
  • Solides compétences relationnelles avec la clientèle et les équipes
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais oral et écrit, la maîtrise d'une autre langue est un plus
  • Connaissance approfondie de logiciels informatiques et du pack office (Word, Excel et Powerpoint)

    • Votre périmètre :

  • Support administratif à l'équipe des ventes : préparation de rapports, veille concurrentielle, préparation des contrats, coordination des activités liées au bureau des ventes
  • Préparation, envoi et suivi des offres pour les différents types de clients
  • Support à la préparation des appels d'offres
  • Coordination et préparation des séjours VIP et clients réguliers
  • Audit et mise à jour des différents systèmes et plateformes/sites de vente
