Poste
Nous accompagnons notre client dans le renforcement de son équipe ADV et nous recherchons un(e) Assistant (te) ADV parfaitement à l'aise avec SAP disposant des compétences techniques habituelles sur ce type de poste (Utiliser CRM interne. Utiliser Word, Excel, Outlook. Maitriser le flux des documents. Maitriser les process internes) mais également parlant Anglais pour échanger avec le fournisseur principal.
Placé sous l'autorité de la Directrice opérationnelle le(la) candidat(e) retenu(e) sera accompagné durant sa période d'intégration par un de nos senior HR Coachs qui sera également en charge d'accompagner le staff client pour un parcours candidat le plus simple, le plus fluide et le plus rapide possible.

Profil
Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée sur des postes de assistant (te) ou gestionnaire ADV/ Service clients ou ADV /international de préférence dans l'univers des équipementiers ou sous traitants automobiles (VL/VUL)
MISSIONS :
Prise en charge du suivi des ventes depuis la commande client jusqu'à la facturation
Prise en charge du suivi des achats depuis la commande jusqu'au contrôle de la facture.
ACTIVITES :
Répondre aux demandes clients relatives à l'administration des ventes (de la commande à la facture).
Saisir une commande (vente et achat).
Suivre une commande (vente et achat).
Enregistrer et transmettre les litiges au service compétent.
Saisir une facture vente.
Vérifier les factures fournisseurs (contrôle quantité / prix).
Négocier les dates des besoins clients avec les centres de montage.
Mise sous plis des courriers.
COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES :
Utiliser SAP
Utiliser CRM interne
Utiliser Word, Excel, Outlook
Maitriser le flux des documents
Maitriser les process internes.
SAVOIR :
Connaître le vocabulaire général lié à l'aménagement de véhicules Connaître les bases théoriques de la chaîne des ventes (devis à facture) Maitriser la chaîne logistique de l'entreprise(achat / vente)
Maitriser la typologie des clients de l'entreprise
Connaître les prix, produits, tarifications, conditions de retours et de garanties
Parler Anglais pour échanger avec le fournisseur principal.
CAPACITES :
Posséder de l'aisance au téléphone
Discerner et ordonner les urgences
Aller chercher l'information (en interne et auprès du client)
Rendre compte (en particulier faire part des difficultés rencontrées dans l'exercice
de ses fonctions à son supérieur hiérarchique + reporting de suivi des affaires )
