Bonduelle Europe Long Life (BELL), the Group's historic Business Unit, is present in 42 countries in Europe. Since , BELL has been engaged in a transformation project by focusing on its customers and consumers.
We are looking for a European Revenue Growth Manager to join the Group RGM team on an open ended contract. This position, based in Villeneuve d'Ascq (France, close to Lille), is to be filled as soon as possible.
Reporting directly to the Group RGM Leader, you will contribute to the success of the key sales transformation projects. You will leverage the RGM capabilities & drive the RGM strategy development for BELL (Bonduelle Europe Long Life) business unit to accelerate the impact of the RGM strategy across channels & countries.
Support the standards/capabilities implementation at BELL across zones, channels & departments (finance, supply chain)
- Support the monitoring of the implementation of the RGM capabilities
- Share feedbacks & provide recommendations to the RGM partners (Center & in zone) for continuous improvement
- Be the key contact with RGM managers in Zones across Channels as well as Finance/Supply Chain/Marketing BELL teams
- Be a force for proposals in the evolution of tools and processes towards the RGM Proc&Gov, Change, Tool managers (Tool upgrades, reports, templates...)
You will define and deploy the BELL RGM STRATEGY building the BU frame, providing a support to the local RGM strategy definition, and driving the EU consolidation & monitoring at BU. You will :
- Drive the building of the projections of net RGM gains at BU & country level
- Contribute to the RGM target setting process in the BU / across channels/zones in cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Finance & Supply
- Define the guidelines, roadmaps and KPIs in coherence with the BU OGSM
- Prepare & coordinate the implementation of RGM strategy (e.g., sell-in stories) and align functions ( Marketing, Sales and Finance) to implement recommendations.
- Lead the application of RGM guidelines across channels
- Support & challenge the Zones in building the guidelines & action plans necessary to achieve RGM ambitions (+ 3 years) in consistency with the targets of the BU
- Identify and propose continuously new key business opportunities to BU & Local teams (leveraging RGM center best practices, leveraging unique knowledge of BU...)
- Provide support on RGM-related matters to other functions to help them meet and exceed their revenue targets & continually improve margins.
Profile :
You have a bachelor degree (in business/economy, engineering, maths, stats, Masters or MBA preferred) and 5 years of complete experience in revenue management Or Sales enabling functions (3-5 years depending on size of market or managerial support)
You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing, and you enjoy working in an international environment - For international profile, speaking ( or learning) French is a must
You have a Market/FMCG/Retail/Foodservice knowledge
You are able to develop & monitor a strategic vision & plan (Analysis, Levers identification, Recommendation, Metrics, Monitoring)
You have operational skills & ability to deliver against the plan (Project management & planning skills, monitoring & reporting, problem solving, discipline)
You have technical skills (Ability to work with multiple data sources & tools application, )
You are open-minded and creative, you demonstrate strong business acumen and you have a real capacity to adapt and anticipate,
