- The dentsu relationship is in its infancy and this role must promote greater connection of services and results for the client and a seamless One Dentsu experience.

- Work with dentsu brands to develop the strategic vision for the client and our relationship with dentsu and in turn deliver.
- Accountability for the integrated P&L – both revenue and profit growth.
- Educate, influence, and interact with dentsu business leaders
- Understand clients marketing challenges within a larger business context and able to engage them on issues and opportunities well outside the current scope of the relationship.

- Experienced in the delivery of regional & global marketing services. This includes identifying resources and capabilities within dentsu that can be offered to clients as a business solution.
- Successful track record managing multiple relationships in a matrixed environment and finding a way to create solutions, maintain high levels of satisfaction and building equity in your client relationship.
- Promote the business internally and externally and encourage and lead the team to be active in the industry
- Act as a role model across our matrix business to ensure clear roles and responsibilities exist and enable smooth collaboration between disciplines, functions and dentsu brands.

Job Description
This is an exciting role directly responsible for the delivery and strategic directon of one of our new logo FMCG clients. Working across all dentsu brands and all geographies we're supporting our client on a complex expereince transformation journey across CXM & MarTech, including platform and tech agile with loyalty/CRM, experience design and production. You'll need to manage multiple centres of excellence across EMEA and support growth further afeild across APAC and the US. We're looking for a visionary client-centric architect who can both build and execute. You'll have strong influencing abilities and change management experience, ideally leading a complex integrated client regionally or globally.
