- Prendre en main Ansys Motion, l'outil de simulation nécessaire à la réalisation du stage,
- Se familiariser avec la méthode de calcul en dynamique des corps rigides,
- Mettre en place un modèle de frein complet prenant en compte les interactions entre composantes et les sollicitations dues au freinage,
- Vérifier la cohérence du modèle et la pertinence des différents paramètres utilisés dans la simulation,
- Réaliser des simulations sous différentes conditions de freinage (pression, vitesse, décélération, etc.),
- Intégrer et Investiguer l'impact de la déformation thermomécanique du disque,
- Investiguer l'impact du design du disque et de la forme des patins de friction.
- Connaissances générales en dynamique des structures et simulation par éléments finis.
- Attrait pour la simulation numérique et la programmation (Python par exemple).
- Dynamique, curieux, organisé et rigoureux.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Français courant et connaissance de l'anglais requise.

Dans le cadre du développement d'une méthode de simulation du « hot judder », nous recrutons un élève-ingénieur pour un stage/PFE de 6 mois.
Le hot judder est un phénomène vibro-acoustique - à basse fréquence (<1000 Hz) - qui apparait sous forme de bruit et de vibration caisse et/ou direction, pouvant amener le client à s'interroger sur la qualité du freinage.
Le phénomène du hot judder est principalement lié à la déformation hors plan du disque d'origine thermomécanique. L'objectif du stage est de mettre en place un modèle de dynamique des corps rigides afin de simuler la réponse vibratoire d'un frein considérant la déformation thermomécanique du disque.
