- Provide expert guidance and support in the implementation, customisation, and optimisation of Guidewire solutions according to client requirements and industry best practices.
- Utilise your hands-on experience as a Guidewire developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using languages such as Java, .NET, and Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance of Guidewire applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in technologies such as Kafka for event streaming, Kanban, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) to facilitate efficient project delivery.
- Oversee the integration of Guidewire solutions with other systems and platforms, including service-oriented architecture (SOA) and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Actively participate in testing activities within the Guidewire environment, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution, to ensure the reliability and quality of implemented solutions.
- Fluent French speaking skills are mandatory for effective communication with clients and team members in France.
- Proven experience as a Guidewire functional consultant, developer, and tester in complex projects.
- Strong proficiency in Java, .NET, or , with a focus on Guidewire development.
- Familiarity with Kafka, Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, CI/CD, and integration technologies (SOA, API).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in French and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Certification in Guidewire is a plus.
