About the Team Hiring:


The Advance Workshop Rebar Product Manager is part of the Chief Product Officer (CPO) who oversees all Graitec IP product management and report to the Fabricate Product Line Director.

The Advance Workshop Rebar Product Manager will work with another Product Manager dealing with the "Steel" part of Advance Workshop.

The CPO team has connections with different Graitec teams:

  • Connections with the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) team to follow the development cycle and be sure we deliver on time the products.
  • Connections with the business through the US and EMEA Vice president (reporting to the CEO) teams to enable the sales and be sure we deliver the right products to achieve the business target.


Connections with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) team to make sure we position and value correctly Graitec Products on the different markets.

The Product Manager will daily work with Product Specialist to deliver together expected content.


Overview:

Role purpose/Objective

The Product Manager has the Managership of the Product strategy and planning and contribute as well to the product marketing.


This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering, and prioritizing requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering team to deliver best products.


As main responsibilities, the Product Manager oversees identifying key functionalities that address markets and workflows gaps, develop detailed technical specifications for developers.

During the development cycle, he/she is the main contact of developers and Project managers to monitor the dev progress and manage quality control attentively.

He / She is the main trainer, evangelist, and promoter of GRAITEC solutions inside the company and outside.

As such, the Product Manager can engage directly with individual professionals, user-networks, technical communities and other industry experts, professional organizations and thought leaders.

The job position is about our Advance Workshop Rebar solution.

Advance Workshop is a Fabrication Management system dedicated to Rebar manufacturers dealing with:


  • Automated allocation and routing of jobs
  • Time assessment and workload calculation
  • Stock management
  • Material traceability
  • Material optimization
  • Project Planning
  • Machine Servicing System

Key Responsibilities
Technical

  • Produce technical documentation defining new features, processes and workflows whilst remaining sensitive to customerrequests, GUI workflow and tool naming conventions
  • Maintain high quality control standards and newfeature debugging
  • Manage Agile Work Streams
  • Work with local technical experts to understand and help with localization requirements and country specific standards
  • Host and attend technical product and roadmap development meetings
  • Contribute and animate the validation of Beta version of the product.
  • Engage with pilot customers worldwide and maintain regular communication with nominated technical experts within the group
  • Deliver group and 11 training sessions for local product managers and technical staff
  • Deep understanding on how current projects aligns with other projects inside the company or inside R&D division
Marketing & sales enablement

  • Help develop product positioning and messaging based on a deep understanding of GRAITEC's product capabilities, competitors, and customer requirements
  • Deliver regular industry and benefitdriven technical webinars to the Group to distribute knowledge and raise awareness
  • Deliver presentations at worldwide events
  • Good interaction with Development, Marketing and Sales Teams
  • Presales demos and meetings
Materials

  • Create core technical literature such as presentations, whiteboard discussions, techdata sheets, technical specifications, technical whitepapers, tutorial videos and case studies
  • Craft technical enablement tools and related content such as project data sets to help local experts roll out new products and emphasize new features
  • Create innovative product demonstrations and demon
