As our Group continues to expand its operations, we are seeking a Litigation Counsel with expertise in accounts receivable and vehicle returns to join our team.

Review contracts (lease agreement with clients and service agreements with debt collection agencies) and internal policies to protect the company against clients insolvency and non-return of vehicles
Ensure that contracts and policies are legally sound and aligned with industry regulations and best practices
Provide guidance to internal teams on contract terms and procedures related to accounts receivable and vehicles returns
Support accounts receivables operations, including follow-up with delinquent clients and overseeing external debt collections agencies
Liaise with debt collection agencies and/or external legal counsel as needed to handle complex legal issues related to accounts receivables and vehicles returns
Represent the company in legal proceedings related to accounts receivable and vehicle returns as needed

Master of Laws or equivalent postgraduate degree in law
~+Knowledge of consumer protection laws, with familiarity in French preferred
~ Fluent in French and English (required) - Proficiency in German is a plus
~ Experience in the automotive sector or digital is an asset
~ Collaboration with multidisciplinary and international teams
