Vos compétences
Vous maîtrisez la langue française , et vous avez une parfaite connaissance de la culture française.
Doté/e d'un leadership naturel et certain, vous savez motiver, encadrer et coacher vos collaborateurs afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux demandés.
Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans la gestion d'un centre de profit. En ce sens, vous êtes capable de gérer votre compte d'exploitation et d'être pro-actif.
Véritable Homme/Femme de terrain, vous êtes à la fois manager, commercial/e, responsable et gestionnaire pour garantir la rentabilité et la pérennité de votre magasin.
