The Center of Excellence in Supply Chain Innovation and Transportation (CESIT) at Kedge aims at meeting the economic, environmental and societal challenges raised in the Supply Chain, by co-developing, with companies, collectivities, institutional and academic partners, the concepts, methods and innovative tools necessary for the organization and transformation of the supply chain.
The Operations Management and Information Systems Academic Department (MOSI) at KEDGE Business School brings together professors from disciplines including procurement management, supply chain management, quality management, and information systems management.
These professors combine theoretical and practical teaching with the aim of providing students with specific knowledge, as well as giving them global and cross-disciplinary insight into supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Teaching and educational development (undergraduate, graduate and post graduate level).
- Publications in academic and professional journals.
- Research Projects with companies or international institutions
- Participation in national and international calls for projects
- Student supervision and coaching
Profile and skills required
- Doctoral degree in Operations/Supply Chain Management or related field;
- Teaching experience related to Freight Transport, Logistics, Urban Logistics, Customs, 3PL Management and Logistic Supplier Management;
- Publication in the areas of Urban Logistics, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management;
- Experience on innovative projects in lastmile delivery smart cities would be a plus;
- Relevant expertise in transportation and logistics, distribution networks, inventory management, sustainable operations, decarbonization would be a plus;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and in French and the ability to teach in both languages.
