- Collecte des données chiffrées nécessaires à la dynamisation du fonds et aux tirages (analyse de la concurrence, suivi des ventes, etc.) ;
- Traitement de l'information via Excel et mise en forme afin de communiquer et répondre aux demandes ponctuelles des différents interlocuteurs internes.
- Participation au suivi des opérations commerciales (création de codes et gestion de stocks)
- Suivi des coûts de stockage du catalogue
- Élaboration de bons de commandes ou autres outils afin d'aider les équipes commerciales.

Au sein de l'équipe commerciale de notre entreprise partenaire, vous serez en relation avec les différents acteurs de la chaîne du livre (éditeurs, diffusion,distributeur, marketing , fabrication et studio de création).
À ce titre, vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

Profil souhaité : de formation Bac +4/Bac +5 minimum dans le master t chez vous justifiez d'une première expérience en administration des ventes et êtes attiré(e) par le milieu de l'édition.
Dynamique, curieux(se) et rigoureux(se), vous appréciez le travail en équipe. Vous avez un goût prononcé pour les chiffres et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
Enfin, vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (Excel en particulier).
