Au sein du service comptabilité vos missions principales seront les suivantes:
En tant qu'utilisateur clé de Accounting SAP, vous participez activement à la comptabilité, aux opérations financières et à la gestion des crédits de notre siège social. Vous pouvez apporter à l'équipe votre vision et votre expérience pratique tant en ce qui concerne les opérations comptables que la mise en place et les opérations de SAP FI.
Au fil des ans, vous avez acquis une grande expérience dans ces domaines et vous êtes prêt à la compléter par une connaissance spécifique des activités de Bosch (comment les choses sont faites, pourquoi, comment elles sont liées à d'autres départements du siège et de ses filiales, ce qu'il faut faire en cas de situations inhabituelles, etc.)
Du point de vue du siège, vous serez impliqué dans une grande variété de projets liés à la comptabilité tels que la mise en œuvre et/ou le changement de systèmes de comptabilité (S4/HANA, ...), les optimisations, l'harmonisation et les changements.
Lors des implémentations SAP régulières au sein de notre entité, des mises à niveau, de l'installation d'add-ons, de nouveaux modules, etc. Dans ce cas, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe d'implémentation, vous lui expliquez comment fonctionne l'entreprise et vous répondez à ses questions. Vous participez aux tests de la solution SAP et à la formation des collègues à l'utilisation de SAP.
En tant qu'utilisateur clé, vous prenez des décisions commerciales dans votre domaine d'expertise respectif afin de contribuer à la définition de la solution. Vous êtes responsable de la réussite et de l'achèvement dans les délais des tâches du projet qui vous sont confiées.
Après la mise en œuvre, les mises à niveau, etc., vous restez le premier niveau de soutien pour vos collègues, vous travaillez avec l'équipe de mise en œuvre si d'autres changements sont demandés, vous pouvez former de nouveaux collègues, etc.
Toutes ces tâches requièrent une interaction intensive avec les autres départements du siège et nos filiales dans la zone Europe.
Qualifications
Vous êtes titulaire d'un master, de préférence dans un domaine économique/financier, mais avec un intérêt marqué pour les systèmes informatiques.
Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire où les opérations comptables sont combinées à des connaissances liées à SAP-FI et à une vision de l'entreprise.
Une connaissance de base des normes comptables IFRS est recommandée.
Vous avez de solides compétences analytiques et de la curiosité, vous pouvez garder une vue d'ensemble dans toutes les situations et penser différemment.
Vous êtes impatient d'entrer dans un domaine comptable varié, en tant qu'acteur qui peut prendre des initiatives, qui est désireux d'apprendre et de travailler efficacement.
Vous faites preuve d'une capacité à résoudre les problèmes et vous avez une expertise en matière de tests.
Vous êtes capable de communiquer efficacement avec les équipes techniques, les utilisateurs et la direction.
Vous êtes capable de documenter les processus, les spécifications, etc.
Vous avez à cœur la réussite de votre entreprise/domaine de processus.
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication écrite et orale et à la présentation en anglais et en français.
