    Consultant People Strategy & transformation - Lyon F/H

    Vos challenges

    De chez vous, du bureau, de chez le client, vous interviendrez sur des missions de conduite du changement, d'organisation & de systèmes d'information.

    Transformation Ressources Humaines :

    Sélection et accompagnement au déploiement de solutions technologiques SIRH / CloudRH, gestion des talents pour aider nos clients à anticiper l'évolution des métiers et des compétences de demain,M&A RH.

    Change Management :

    Définition et pilotage de la stratégie de conduite du changement dans le cadre de programmes de transformation Métier, d'opérations d'intégration & séparation ou de mise en place de nouvelles technologies, engagement et alignement des parties prenantes, etc.

    Leadership :

    Ingénierie pédagogique et déploiement de programmes de formation, accompagnement à la transformation de la culture managériale, coaching individuel & collectif, mise en place et accompagnement d'une stratégie Talent, etc.

    Vous contribuerez également au développement du cabinet à travers la rédaction d'appels d'offres ou encore la participation à des projets internes.

    Votre profil

    Vous êtes titulaire d'une grande école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou d'un équivalent universitaire.

    Vous justifiez d'expériences de stage en cabinet de conseil et/ou en entreprise et vous disposez d'une appétence forte sur une ou plusieurs des missions d'intervention de l'équipe.

    Vous avez pris part à des projets sur ces thématiques en France et/ou à l'international

    Vous êtes reconnu pour les qualités/compétences suivantes :

  • Rigueur et capacité à investir dans les sujets complexes
  • Qualités d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Qualités de communication écrites et orales
  • Esprit d'équipe et d'initiative (pro-activité), capacité d'adaptation forte
  • Bonne maitrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
