    Description

    La société Delisle, Bronzier et Ferronnier d'Art est une PME créée en 1895. Elle a pour activité la conception et la fabrication de luminaires et mobiliers d'art haut de gamme. Elle intervient principalement pour des clients internationaux. Delisle est membre du Comité Colbert et Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV).

    Vos missions

    Le/la gestionnaire commercial(e) ADV sera hiérarchiquement rattachée au Directeur commercial.

    Ses tâches seront les suivantes :

    • Accueil, information des clients au téléphone.
    • Traitement administratif des commandes clients de la saisie dans le progiciel de gestion des commandes à la livraison.
    • Élaboration des factures de ventes et des bons de livraison clients.
    • Mise à jour des tableaux de synthèse mensuels de facturation, de suivi des encaissements clients.
    • Gestion de l'emballage et du transport des marchandises : contact téléphonique du transporteur ou du client pour enlèvement des marchandises après vérification auprès de l'atelier que la marchandise est disponible, vérification de la bonne réception de la marchandise par le client, demande de devis auprès des transporteurs.
    • Suivi des documents export (aspects logistiques, formalités douanières), obtention des documents justificatifs d'exportation.
    • Saisie et suivi des règlements clients et relances conjointement avec la Direction Financière.
    • Remontée d'informations relative à la livraison, facturation et au paiement à la Direction financière.

    Vos compétences

    • Le/la gestionnaire commercial(e) ADV devra avoir le sens de la relation humaine et de la communication.
    • Il/Elle devra être rigoureuse, organisée, autonome, dynamique et avoir l'esprit d'équipe.
    • Il /Elle devra être polyvalent(e) étant donnée la taille de notre société (PME).
    • Anglais courant et maîtrise du pack office (excel, word, powerpoint...) indispensables.
    • Maîtrise des règles de TVA et des procédures à l'export appréciée.

    Issu(e) d'une formation Bac+2 de type BTS Assistant(e) commercial(e) administration des Ventes ou école de commerce, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience similaire d'au moins 5 ans en tant qu'assistant(e) commerciale ADV.
