H/F .
Placée sous la responsabilité hiérarchique du Directeur Affiliation
et Développement International, le/la Responsable de marque France
-Export est chargé d'appliquer la stratégie commerciale et de
formation en France et à l'International pour une nouvelle marque
de soin capillaire.
VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS SERONT:
- Appliquer la stratégie de développement commercial et de formation
pour les produits et soins.
- Développer les méthodes d'intégration commerciale soin et
produit en France et à l'étranger pour faire connaitre la marque
dans les salons de coiffure.
- Création d'outils promotionnels
- Organiser des opérations de lancement
- Créer des documents pédagogiques et leur mise à jour
- Coordonner les relations commerciales et développer des
partenariats et canaux de distribution afin de renforcer la présence
de la marque avec les distributeurs
- Suivre les indicateurs chiffrés pour s'assurer que les objectifs
sont atteints et élaborer des reporting
- Evaluer les performances et implantation des produits dans les
salons de coiffures, ainsi que l'implantation de la méthode de soin
au bac avec le suivi des ventes de produits
- Cartographier chaque marché, distributeurs et méthodes de soins
similaires
Quel est le profil idéal ?
Nous recherchons soit:
- Un profil avec expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum en salon de
coiffure ayant également une formation en marketing ou commerciale.
- Un profil Marketing/Commercial type Bac + 4/5 avec une première
expérience dans le secteur de la coiffure auprès de marque
reconnue.
* Anglais obligatoire,
* Salaire +/- 45 keuros brut/an + Intéressement et avantages.
* Localisation du poste : 60% au bureau, et déplacement à 20%
France 20% International.
