Quelles sont les missions ?
En second niveau, vous serez le référent apte à apporter réponses à toutes les demandes des acteurs terrain. Pour ce faire, vous déploierez un processus d'investigation permettant de cerner le contexte, recueillerez les données, porterez diagnostics et recommandations étayés par votre expérience. De fait, vous participez pleinement au système Qualité. Pour les sujets les plus complexes, pour garder le contact avec le terrain et toujours vous perfectionner, vous vous rendez régulièrement sur sites à raison de 3-4 jours / mois. Vous pourrez être amené à réaliser des installations ou des dépannages en région lyonnaise sans découchage.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
H/F. Formation en Froid, FEE, génie climatique. Une première expérience en dépannage (maintenance curative), conseils techniques..., vous aura doté (e) d'une capacité à diagnostiquer. Entre autres, TCS au sein d'un distributeur, technicien sur site, vous serez bienvenu (e). Vous disposez de notions élémentaires en CO2 issues de vos études ou d'une toute première pratique. Votre rigueur, capacité à créer des relations de confiance seront gages de réussite. Vous serez apte à travailler en banlieue sud de Lyon et à vous organiser pour environ 4 nuits / mois de découchage. Temps de travail : 35 heures incluant les déplacements, au-delà relève d'HS. Rémunération jusqu'à 38 kEUR brut annuel selon profil et expérience. Indemnités de découchages, primes, quelques éventuelles HS vous conduiront au-delà des 40 KEUR. Véhicule de service mis à disposition dont allers et retours domicile. Processus de recrutement court vous mettant rapidement en relation avec le responsable technique et le dirigeant.
