    Stagiaire H/F – Développement Commercial (Pôle International) - Juillet 2024

    Lazard Frères Gestion, pôle français du groupe Lazard pour l'activité de gestion d'actifs, gère près de 36 Mds€ pour ses clients institutionnels et privés, et réunit près de 200 collaborateurs. Lazard Frères Gestion allie les qualités d'une société entrepreneuriale à taille humaine et proche de ses clients, à la puissance d'un groupe mondial qui gère plus de 216 milliards de dollars au 30 décembre 2022. Sa prestation est orientée sur:

  • la gestion d'actifs pour le compte de clients institutionnels en France et à l'étranger,
  • la gestion patrimoniale pour la clientèle privée.

    • Le contexte du poste :

    Vous êtes intégré(e) à l'équipe en charge des relations avec les équipes de vente à l'international et les consultants globaux.

    Nous vous ferons confiance pour :

  • Coordonner de la commercialisation à l'international (Europe, Asie, LATAM) des produits gérés par Lazard Frères Gestion :
  • Prise en charge de demandes clients ;
  • Mise en place d'outils de suivi de l'activité commerciale par pays ;
  • Promotion des produits ;
  • Suivi concurrentiel par zone.
  • Entretenir relations consultants globaux, intermédiaires entre certains clients et la société de gestion :
  • Préparation de documents dédiés ;
  • Prise en charge de l'envoi régulier d'informations normées via des bases de données en ligne.

    • Ce que vous nous apporterez :

  • Vous êtes en cours de formation en université, école de commerce ou équivalent, spécialisé en Finance de Marchés/Gestion d'Actifs (niveau Master 1 ou 2) ;
  • Vous avez un très bon niveau d'anglais oral et écrit ;
  • Vous maîtrisez le pack office sous Windows (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) et avez des notions en VBA ;
  • Vous êtes curieux, rigoureux et disposez d'une bonne aisance relationnelle.

    • Apports du stage :

  • Vos missions seront en langue française et anglaise principalement ;
  • Vous serez en contact avec les équipes commerciales mondiales de Lazard, les équipes de gestion, de reporting/risque, et de marketing ;
  • Ce poste transversal vous permettra d'appréhender le fonctionnement d'une société de gestion et de perfectionner vos connaissances en gestion d'actifs, vente et marketing ;
  • Vous participerez notamment aux comités hebdomadaires de gestion Actions et Taux et aux comités mensuels sur les perspectives économiques et ainsi qu'aux comités mensuels marketing.
