    The Opportunity

    Notre équipe, spécialisée en propriété intellectuelle, commerce électronique, IT et données personnelles, intervient sur des dossiers en contentieux et en conseil pour des clients français et internationaux. Nos clients sont issus de secteurs d'activité très variés incluant les nouvelles technologies, l'Internet, les plateformes numériques, l'informatique, le luxe, le prêt-à-porter, les laboratoires pharmaceutiques, l'industrie et l'automobile. Notre Département IP, Technology and Data recherche un(e) stagiaire pour une durée de 6 mois à temps plein pour la période suivante : Début janvier 2024 à fin juin 2025Nous recherchons un stagiaire en propriété intellectuelle pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans le cadre de ce stage très formateur, vous serez pleinement impliqué dans les dossiers et la vie de l'équipe. Vous vous verrez confier des tâches variées allant des recherches à la rédaction de documents juridiques. Compte tenu de la forte activité contentieuse de notre département, vous aurez également l'opportunité d'assister à des audiences de plaidoirie. Titulaire d'un troisième cycle en propriété intellectuelle, vous devez disposer d'un très bon niveau d'anglais et évoluerez dans un contexte international. Les candidats disposant d'une expérience en propriété intellectuelle, du CRFPA et/ou d'un LL.M ou d'une expérience significative à l'étranger seront valorisés.
