- La construction et déploiement de la stratégie commerciale Klanik France
- Le management direct et opérationnel de l'ensemble des Business Unit Director de Klanik France (Gestion opérationnelle, Reporting) et indirect de l'ensemble des équipes rattachées en assurant la rentabilité financière des différentes agences
- La définition de la stratégie commerciale de chaque entité afin de garantir une croissance constante et soutenue
- L'identification des leviers de croissance et d'optimisation des marges
- Le développement de notre activité sur l'ensemble de nos comptes stratégiques en lien avec nos pôles d'expertise : Devops & Cloud / Cybersécurité / IA & Big Data / Agilité / Software
- Le développement d'offres structurées & complexes permettant à KLANIK de renforcer son positionnement en collaboration directe avec la direction de l'offre et de l'expertise
- Bac +5 et issu(e) d'une formation école d'ingénieur et/ou commerce
- Expérience significative dans une Société de conseil en informatique (Minimum 7 ans) vous ayant permis de structurer des Business Unit et la mise en réussite de vos équipes commerciales
- Leadership et esprit d'entreprise
- Adaptabilité à des écosystèmes différents
