    The Role

    Korn Ferry are looking for a Recruiter to join us on one of our exciting client accounts located in Paris, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare.

    Sanofi is an innovative global healthcare company with one purpose: to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.

    Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management.

    The role is focused on candidate relationship management, as well as customer focus and responsiveness in customer contact activities.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles across the business
    • Recruitment across a range of functions for professional and technical roles
    • Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management
    • Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions
    • Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pool

    Skills & Experience

    • Significant Recruitment experience gained within an RPO or inhouse environment
    • Experience with Consumer Healthcare hiring is mandatory.
    • Flexibility to adapt and support other business needs when required
    • Experience with the end-to-end recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies
    • Excellent senior stakeholder managements skills
    • Adaptability in a changing environment, being able to manage changes in processes swiftly
    • Be fluent to a business proficiency level (both written and oral) in English and French
    • Ability to be on-site in Paris 3 days a week is essential.
