    Dans le cadre d'une alternance à pourvoir sur 12 mois ou 24 mois (contrat d'apprentissage / professionnalisation), nous recherchons un.e alternant.e qui participera pleinement au quotidien de l'équipe commerciale des Apporteurs de proximité, qui a en charge au sein de la direction commerciale de l'animation à distance de 1500 courtiers. L'alternant.e se verra confier les missions suivantes :

    Missions :

    Pour l'équipe commerciale des Courtiers,

    • Gestion des demandes entrantes des courtiers, par téléphone et par mail :
      • sur des questions liés aux appétits de souscription d'AIG pour des nouvelles études ou liées à des contrats en cours (souscription, gestion, sinistre, recouvrement de primes, résiliations de contrats,...)
      • présentation de nos offres aux courtiers qui souhaiteraient être codifiés chez AIG, suivi du processus de codification des courtiers et suivi commercial des courtiers codifiés dans les mois suivant la codification

    ​

    • Participation à l'élaboration et la gestion de projet des classes virtuelles organisées de manière hebdomadaire pour les courtiers afin de leur présenter les solutions produits d'AIG.​

    ​

    • Campagnes commerciales sortantes :
      • participation à la qualification des cibles et des thèmes avec un travail de ciblage sur nos bases de données, et mise à jour de notre outil de CRM Salesforce
      • appels sortants : compagnes produits, présentations de nos offres ou outil de souscription, recouvrement de primes,...

    Pour l'ensemble des autres délégations régionales :

    • Back up téléphonique et mail en cas d'absence des personnes dans une région
    • Sur les campagnes commerciales, appels sortants pour le compte de certaines délégations en commun avec l'autre alternant ayant également le même type de missions
    • Back up de l'autre alternant de l'équipe commercial quand celui-ci sera absent et qu'il faudra faire avancer les sujets qui ne peuvent pas attendre son retour (codifications courtiers, établissement des attestations de formation pour les participants aux classes virtuelles, ...)

    Cette liste de tâches n'est pas exhaustive et pourra évoluer en fonction des appétences, capacités de la personne recrutée et des besoins de l'entreprise.

    Profil :

    Bénéficiant déjà de premières expériences professionnelles dans le domaine, vous intégrez à la rentrée 2024 une licence ou un master professionnel en assurance ou tout titre/diplôme similaire.

    • Doté d'un très bon relationnel, vous avez le sens du service client et savez accueillir et gérer toutes les demandes avec écoute, empathie et diplomatie
    • Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles à l'écrit
    • Excellente présentation, aisance à réceptionner des appels téléphoniques et à communiquer par téléphone
    • Autonome et proactif/ve, vous avez à cœur d'améliorer vos compétences et d'aller au contact des autres équipes pour résoudre les problèmes. Vous vous distinguez par votre force de proposition
    • Vous avez de la méthodologie pour mener des projets jusqu'au bout, avec rigueur et organisation. Vous êtes volontaire, dynamique et enthousiaste,
    • Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). L'utilisation de bases de données (type Qlikview, ou équivalent) sera un plus.
