    Dans le cadre d'un poste à pourvoir en CDI, nous recherchons un (e) Chef de projet Senior passionné (e) par la conduite du changement et désireux (se) de mettre son expérience en gestion de projet à profit au sein de AIG.

    Chef de Projets Senior H/F/X

    Objectif du poste

    Vous serez en charge d'intervenir sur un ensemble de projets qui engage une démarche de transformation et à tout niveau de son déploiement : notamment lors d'un projet de réorganisation visant une dynamisation du fonctionnement et/ou une profonde restructuration ; ou encore une évolution de la nature et/ou du périmètre d'activités, pour laquelle une redéfinition de l'organisation, une amélioration ou une refonte des processus existants est nécessaire.

    Missions principales

    • Assurer la mise en place, planification et la coordination des projets
    • Contribuer au pilotage et au suivi du portefeuille de projets France (initiatives pilotées en direct, par les équipes IT ou métiers)
    • Apporter le support méthodologique nécessaire pour mener à bien l'ensemble des initiatives Groupe ou locales
    • Définir et mettre en place de nouveaux processus visant à améliorer notre efficacité et notre organisation
    • Réaliser des « audits » pour apprécier les risques (opérationnels, financiers, humains, techniques) pouvant compromettre la réussite du projet envisagé.
    • Vérifier que les projets organisationnels soient en adéquation avec les différents aspects de la stratégie de l'entreprise et les besoins de l'organisation, proposer un cadrage clair des projets, ainsi qu'une méthodologie d'accompagnement.
    • Rédiger un cahier des charges définissant les objectifs des projets, les besoins en ressources (humains et matériels), les principales étapes, ainsi que les actions d'accompagnement du changement (outils et plan de formation...).
    • Piloter les projets et suivre la progression des différentes séquences du changement.
    • Définir l'organisation et la méthodologie des projets et s'assurer qu'elles sont suivies (la gouvernance, gestion des risques et des problèmes, Project plan...), dans le respect du planning, des jalons et des ressources associées.
    • Mesurer les résultats et effectuer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction.
    • Préparer et animer des ateliers en repérant les freins de toute nature et en suscitant l'adhésion au changement.
    • Participer et travailler sur des sujets transverses avec l'ensemble du département Opérations et Services Clients

    Profil :

    • Expériences significatives en transformation et pilotage opérationnel sur des fonctions transverses, ou de chef de projets au sein de sociétés cabinets de conseil. Vous avez piloté en toute autonomie des projets d'Organisation, ou de Gestion du changement, idéalement en compagnie d'assurance;
    • Vous maitrisez des méthodes et outils de pilotage de projet d'évolutions des organisations et processus, ainsi que de conduite du changement;
    • Vous avez des capacités à piloter une activité en produisant notamment des tableaux de bord, en identifiant et en remontant les points de vigilance à votre management;
    • Vous avez déjà été confronté.e à des problématiques de conformité et de qualité de service client.
    • Votre expérience de chef de projets vous a permis de mettre en avant vos qualités de communication, de force de proposition, de leadership, capacités d'influence, de dynamisme et de réactivité.
    • Autonome vous savez mener plusieurs projets de front dans un contexte international, et vous parlez couramment l'anglais.
    • Sens du service client et esprit d'équipe
