Missions :
Trafic avec l'aide d'un Traffic Manager :
* Gérer les investissements entre les différents leviers en fonction des performances et des objectifs de revenus,
* Coordonner tous les leviers d'acquisition : SEA, social ads, trafic email, retargeting, affiliés, display,
* Mesurer l'efficacité et optimisez les performances des campagnes pour augmenter les revenus et le ROAS,
* Piloter de manière proactive nos partenaires tiers (agences médias).
SE - vous encadrez la Responsable SEO :
* Optimiser les performances SEO dans le cadre de notre migration Shopify,
* Développer le trafic SEO et la notoriété de nos marques sur les moteurs de recherche en mettant en oeuvre des stratégies de contenu, techniques et netlinking ; challenger les recommandations techniques de l'agence.
Web analyses - vous encadrez la Web Analyst :
* Fiabiliser tous les rapports business récurrents existants ; s'assurer de l'implémentation et l'optimisation des tags,
* Optimiser la collecte des cookies (AB tests, suivi des performances) ; poursuivre le développement des rapports de notre outil d'analytiques (PIwik).
Management :
* Gérer une équipe de 3 spécialistes : SEO Manager, Trafic Manager et un Web Analyst ; les prestataires externes : Agences SEA et SEO, plateformes d'affiliation, partenaires de tag management et d'analytique.
