    Notre magasin de Paris 13ème recherche un(e) Manager des Ventes F/H pour accompagner nos futurs clients dans leur projet d'aménagements intérieurs.

    MissionVotre mission ?

    Booster une équipe de vendeurs-concepteurs et la mener au succès Leader, vous animez et motivez vos collaborateurs au quotidien.

    • Rattaché au directeur du magasin, vous développez la performance commerciale de votre équipe, au sein d'une enseigne qui propose des produits fabriqués au cœur des Alpes françaises.
    • Vous êtes en charge de la politique commerciale ainsi que du suivi des indicateurs.
    • Vous participez au recrutement et à l'intégration des membres de votre équipe.
    • Passionné par la vente, vous leur transmettez votre savoir-faire commercial et les formez notamment à notre méthode de vente afin d'assurer leur montée en compétences.

    • Faire de vos collaborateurs de véritables ambassadeurs de la marque qui répondent de manière unique aux attentes et besoins de nos clients.
    • Assurer la faisabilité technique des dossiers vendus dans une optique de satisfaction clients.
    • Créer un esprit d'équipe et fidéliser vos collaborateurs.
    • Soutenir et encourager votre équipe dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs et de ceux du magasin.
    • Révéler le potentiel de chacun et valoriser les réussites.

    • Vous avez la fibre managériale, aimez l'aménagement intérieur ainsi que la décoration et souhaitez relever des challenges
    • Votre expertise métier et votre exemplarité font de vous un manager de proximité reconnu et légitime auprès de votre équipe.
