- Vous êtes titulaire d'un BAC+5 d'une école de commerce/ingénieur ou équivalent
- Vous posédez 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle minimum
- Vous avez une expérience éprouvée du management
- Vous maîtrisez toutes les ficelles d'une direction financière
- Vous aimez les solutions digitales et les systèmes d'information
- Vous parlez parfaitement l'anglais et le français
- les activités comptables et contrôle de gestion,
- les projets de développement (ex : intégration d'un nouveau client MSP),
- la conformité avec les règles Compagnie en matière de gouvernance financière,
- les fonctions RH, achats et juridiques
- Animation du processus budgétaire en relation avec la direction et les différentes squads opérationnelles
- Consolidation, production et contrôle des reportings standardisés (P&L, suivi de la trésorerie, suivi du BFR et des coûts de structure...) à l'usage de la société ou à destination de la Compagnie
- Etablissement des prévisions et de la position de trésorerie en coordination avec les services partagés
- Evaluation des besoins de financement et rédaction de notes en collaboration avec le CEO
- Cadrage des aspects financiers et RH relatifs à chacune des initiatives projets de la société (développement d'une nouvelle offre, évolutions des outils, tests terrain ...)
- Etablissement des conventions de services et pricing des projets selon les règles de facturation intra groupe
- Implémentation et déclinaison au niveau local de l'ensemble des projets initiés par la direction financière de la Compagnie
- Pilotage et suivi de la clôture comptable trimestrielle
- Pilotage actif et continu du besoin en fond de roulements
- Cadrage et pilotage du risque de crédit client
- Rédaction et application des procédures en conformité avec les standards du Groupe
- Gestion des données de bases des différents SI supports et maintien des référentiels
- Mise en place d'une politique de protection des données en lien avec le groupe
- Participation active au processus de recrutement : application de la convention collective, rédaction des contrats, création dans le SI RH...
- Support au processus de formation des salariés
- Supervision du processus de génération des paies en lien avec la comptabilité externalisée
- Contribution au processus de revue de performance des salariés
- Rédaction des politiques filiales applicables aux salariés (télé travail, voyages...)
- Coordination avec les différents services juridiques du groupe et suivi de la rédaction des contrats (dont CGU et CGV) pour faire le lien avec les équipes opérationnelles
- Veille réglementaire employeur et déclarations fiscales et administratives
- Création du CSE

Analyse de la performance financière de l'activité
La mobilité change, nous en sommes convaincus Elle devient plus connectée, plus électrique, plus responsable. C'est dans ce contexte que TotalEnergies a créé en 2019 Be:Mo, une plateforme SaaS qui connecte les réseaux de bornes électriques à nos clients B2B.
Notre ambition est de permettre une expérience de recharge électrique fluide et simplifiée en itinérance (bornes accessibles au public) en Europe.
Notre mission : opérer un parcours de recharge de bout en bout, pour le compte d'acteurs de la mobilité (MSP : Mobility Service Providers). Pour cela il nous faut :
1. Négocier et contractualiser avec les opérateurs de bornes électrique (CPO : Charge Point Operators),
2. Exposer un parcours digital permettant de trouver une borne et d'autoriser une session de recharge,
3. Valoriser la transaction en transparence avec la politique tarifaire du CPO
Notre plateforme est composée d'APIs que nos clients intègrent dans leur front-end (ex : apps mobiles) pour offrir des expériences de mobilité fluides et innovantes.
Après une phase de construction, nous rentrons dans une phase de croissance importante et avons besoin de nouveaux talents pour accompagner notre développement
