- Contribuer à la mise en place de parcours d'évolution au sein de TEVGO et de TotalEnergies et identification des compétences à développer
- Etablir les dossiers formation auprès de l'OPCO et suivi des paiements
- Mise en place et optimisation des procédures RH de l'entreprise
- Marque employeur
- Contribuer à la construction de la marque employeur en lien avec le service communication
- Contribuer à la coordination des interventions
- Contribuer à des projets transverses communication RH
- Commander des fournitures de bureaux & autres achats administratifs
- Gérer le courrier
- Une mission d'exploitation technique avec la supervision et la maintenance des IRVE dans le cadre de contrats publics (BtoG), et privés (BtoB).
- Une mission d'exploitation commerciale et relations clients avec la commercialisation de services de recharge sur l'ensemble du parcours client (de la réservation du point de charge au service après-vente) pour une clientèle publique et privée. TEVGO exploite ainsi les bornes de recharge de grands clients publics et privés de TMF (TotalEnergies Marketing et Service) et TCS (TotalEnergies Charging Services), tels que la Ville de Paris, La Poste ou encore Enedis.
- Contribuer à faire de TotalEnergies l'un des leaders français sur le marché de la recharge pour véhicules électriques en étant l'opérateur d'IRVE de référence et en commercialisant des services de recharge innovants (à la marque TotalEnergies ou à celle du concédant)
- Monter en compétence et tendre vers l'excellence opérationnelle en mettant la satisfaction client au cœur de toutes les actions.

Rattaché à la Chargée des Ressources Humaines et Services Généraux, l'assistant Ressources Humaines et Services Généraux exercera les missions suivantes :

L'assistant Ressources Humaines et Services Généraux devra également :
TEVGO est une société dédiée à l'exploitation d'Infrastructures de Recharge pour Véhicules Electriques (IRVE) qui opère aujourd'hui bornes électriques en France. Filiale à 100% de TotalEnergies, TEVGO assure deux types de missions :
Nous intégrons des nouvelles bornes et traitons des nouveaux usagers chaque semaine et les temps forts ne manquent pas TotalEnergies a ainsi confié à TEVGO l'exploitation d'un des projets phare de la compagnie : le périmètre France des opérations HPC (High Power Chargers), qui équipe les stations-service TotalEnergies de chargeurs rapides avec des puissances allant de 50 à 350 kVA. TEVGO opère ainsi le premier réseau de recharge haute puissance sur autoroute, avec près de 40 % de parts de marché.
Chez TEVGO on surfe sur la vague de l'électromobilité L'ambition de TotalEnergies est de déployer points de recharge en 2028 et 1 000 sites de recharge haute puissance. Le tout sur un marché en pleine expansion Dans ce contexte TEVGO vise ni plus ni moins que d'être l'opérateur de référence de bornes électriques en France.
