Missions

Le CNRS, organisme public de recherche présent sur tout le territoire national, recrute un médecin du travail en contrat à durée indéterminée (CDI) à temps complet(100%) pour la délégation régionale Rhône Auvergne - DR 07, située au 2 avenue Albert Einstein à Villeurbanne

Activités

Vous aurez pour missions de :

- assurer la prévention médicale individuelle et collective des risques
- conseiller la direction, les agents et leurs représentants, notamment sur l'aspect médical de la santé et sécurité au travail,
- gérer les aménagements de poste de travail et les conditions d'exercice,
- participer aux F4SCT

Vous consacrerez un tiers de votre temps à des actions en milieu de travail (études de postes...) seul ou en collaboration avec l'ingénieur régional de prévention et de sécurité et les assistants de prévention. Vous pourrez participer à des groupes de travail régionaux et nationaux.

Compétences

Titulaire du diplôme d'Études Spécialisées de Médecine du Travail ou équivalent
Nous sommes également ouverts à l'accueil d'un médecin collaborateur, dont nous assurerons la formation.

Contexte de travail

Riche de la diversité des métiers de ses 2600 agents, la délégation Rhône Auvergne du CNRS recherche un médecin du travail.

Placé sous la responsabilité du Délégué Régional (représentant en région de la Direction nationale et responsable de la mise en œuvre de la politique de santé et sécurité au travail arrêtée par le président du CNRS) et assisté d'une infirmière, le médecin du travail exercera de façon indépendante dans un service de santé au travail situé dans la délégation à Villeurbanne.

Afin de vous accompagner dans votre mission vous intégrez une équipe composée de :

• Un médecin du travail pour la région clermontoise à 20%

• Un médecin du travail pour la région de Saint Etienne à 5%

• Un médecin du travail animateur régional pour la région lyonnaise à 80%

• Une infirmière titulaire à temps plein

• Une secrétaire titulaire à temps plein

• Une psychologue du travail à mi-temps

Vous travailleriez également en interaction étroite avec un service social (composé de deux assistants sociaux), de l'ingénieur prévention des risques et du service des Ressources Humaines.

Modalité de travail :

• Du lundi au vendredi. Pas de garde ni astreinte.

• Rémunération selon profil

• 44 jours de congés / RTT par an
