- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des programmes de développement professionnel et personnel pour les employés à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
- Analyser les besoins en formation et en développement au sein de l'organisation et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Apporter un soutien aux processus de recrutement en participant à la rédaction des descriptions de poste, à la présélection des candidats et à la coordination des entretiens.
- Contribuer à l'intégration réussie des nouveaux employés en développant des programmes d'intégration efficaces.
- Gérer des projets liés au développement des ressources humaines en collaborant avec différents départements pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie des initiatives.
- Actuellement inscrit(e) dans un programme de Master en ressources humaines ou dans une discipline connexe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Forte orientation vers les résultats et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Capacité à analyser les données et à proposer des recommandations basées sur des preuves.
- Notions en anglais.
