Step into the role of General Accountant at Qonto and play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial integrity through diligent daily accounting operations and monthly closings.

You'll be instrumental in ensuring our finance team operates smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to our ongoing success and stability.

‍ ‍ As a General Accountant at Qonto, you will

Execute daily accounting tasks with precision, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Take charge of monthly financial closings, collaborating closely with the team to maintain schedules and ensure compliance.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
Be a key player in ensuring financial data integrity, working on reconciliations (revenue, payroll, bank) and fiscal declarations (VAT, C3S, CVAE, TS, DAS2, ...)
Contribute to the team's collective goal of maintaining a robust financial structure, ready for future challenges. What you can expect

You are proficient in French accounting rules (FR GAAP) and have strong analytical skills.
Experience in accounting firms or structured companies , ideally within the banking industry.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are keen on process improvement .
Based in Paris or willing to relocate, with great communication skills in both English and French.
