- Understand the key business goals and priorities to deduct and execute the best HR initiatives and support for the region
- Serve as trusted advisor to local and global executives, managers, and team leads on a variety of HR activities for the scope
- Lead HR projects for the region in line with the company culture and direction
- Partner with global people teams across hiring, L&D, C&B and People Operations to ensure consistent communication and best practice.
- Developing partnership with managers and improving their capability by providing coaching support
- Acting as a change agent
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Drive organizational change and transformation
- HR Management experience in France including labor relations.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to inspire Initiative and Innovation
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Achievement focus and persistence when required
- Excellent Leadership & Management skills
- Fully proficiency in French and English;
- A significant experience in an IT company or a similar dynamic environment.
