    VOTRE RÔLE
    Premier ambassadeur de votre marque, vous transmettez à vos équipes les valeurs du groupe avec passion et pragmatisme, et vous devenez le point de repère des magasins qui vous seront confiés.

    Votre objectif est de maximiser les performances et la rentabilité de votre parc de magasins en respectant la politique commerciale, ressources humaines et merchandising de la marque.

    Calzedonia vous donne l'opportunité d'être le capitaine de votre activité, vous assurerez aussi bien les stocks que la gestion et la motivation des équipes.

    Profil recherché

    QUI ETES-VOUS ?

    Calzedonia propose un programme de formation à l'embauche adapté de 2 mois, qui vous donnera tous les moyens d'exprimer votre potentiel.

    Que vous soyez un manager chevronné, ou un(e) passionné(e) du retail fraichement diplômé(e) d'études supérieures de commerce, Calzedonia vous permet d'accéder à des fonctions managériales multisites.

    Vous serez très vite confronté(e) à notre business en faisant face aux défis quotidiens du monde du retail.

    Vous parlez anglais couramment.

    Des déplacements dans toute la France et en Italie sont à prévoir.
