- Effectuer des prévisions hebdomadaires, mensuelles et trimestrielles des réalisations (ventes, incentives) versus les objectifs fixés (modèle de véhicule, canal de vente)
- Analyser les opportunités ou les risques volume versus le plan annuel/trimestriel et faire des recommandations au Comité de Direction de KIA France
- Produire des rapports de ventes réguliers (hebdomadaires et/ou mensuels) à destination de la direction générale, de KIA France et de KIA Europe
- Communiquer les informations ventes aux départements de l'entreprise (Ventes, Marketing, Après-Vente) afin qu'ils définissent leurs plans annuels et leurs plans trimestriels
- Participer à la construction du plan annuel et du plan trimestriel (objectifs/volume/incentives)
- Créer, développer et améliorer les outils pour le suivi de l'activité de l'Administration des Ventes
- Recommander de nouveaux process d'analyse et des indicateurs de performance à suivre
- Optimiser les outils d'aide à la décision pour établir les projections des incentives & des volumes (plans officiels KIA Europe)

KIA France recherche Prévisionniste des Ventes H/F
Sous la responsabilité de la Cheffe de Service Administration des Ventes, vous serez en charge, au sein du service Administration des Ventes, du suivi de la planification des Ventes, de la coordination et de la préparation des plans annuels et trimestriels.
Vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

PROFIL
Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en Etudes Supérieures type Commerce ou Analyse statistique, et avez un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en analyse ou en planification des ventes, idéalement dans le secteur automobile.
SAVOIR-ETRE
Vous êtes doté.e d'une grande capacité de travail, et vous êtes , organisé.e et autonome.
SAVOIR-FAIRE
Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du Pack Office, notamment un niveau avancé en Excel, et la connaissance de SAP.
Un très bon niveau d'anglais ( CECRL minimum C1) est nécessaire pour ce poste.
