- Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac+ 5 en Droit des Affaires avec un minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en cabinet d'avocats ou en entreprise industrielle,
- Vous êtes obligatoirement bilingue anglais, une 2ème langue étrangère serait un plus,
- Votre connaissance préalable du secteur du raffinage ou de la chimie sont de réels atouts,
- Vous êtes adaptable et intéressé à développer de nouveaux sujets en lien avec la transformation énergétique.
- La sécurisation des activités dont vous aurez la charge, tant sur le plan contractuel que contentieux ;
- Le support des équipes commerciales et notamment la rédaction et la négociation de contrats de prestations de services, de contrats de distribution, d'achat de biens et services, contrats logistique, etc...
- Les évolutions réglementaires ou légales et la mesure de leur impact sur nos activités ;
- Le suivi et la gestion de précontentieux et contentieux des dossiers que vous suivez en binôme avec le juriste contentieux de l'équipe;
- La mise en place des trames contractuelles et des conditions générales de vente ;
- Les projets de transformation de la branche.
- Périmètre international : gestion de dossiers complexes et transverses avec enjeux financiers ;
- Diversité des problématiques de règlementation, législation, droits applicables, accords en constante évolution ;
- Vous évoluerez au sein d'une direction juridique dynamique et internationale localisée entre Paris et Bruxelles, au sein d'une équipe spécifique de 8 juristes.

La Branche RC est engagée dans une transformation profonde de ses activités et de ses sites comme le reste de la compagnie TotalEnergies.
Au-delà de la production et du commerce traditionnel de produits pétroliers et chimiques, elle développe aujourd'hui tout un tas de nouvelles activités liées à la production de biocarburants (indispensables à la décarbonation de l'industrie aérienne) et de bioplastiques, au recyclage de plastiques, à la solarisation de ses sites, à la production d'hydrogène vert visant à la décarbonation de ses activités, etc..
