Welcome to our dynamic and friendly Marketing team As a key member, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping and executing strategies that drive Kbrw's growth initiatives.


Our unified Marketing team is committed to engaging in collaborative efforts, encouraging empowerment, fostering a caring environment, and driving performance.


As a Lead Generation Manager, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our Marketing strategy, working hand in hand with Jean-Marc, our Head of Marketing.


What will I be doing?:


  • Managing and driving
    the animation of the marketing funnel, crafting and implementing strategies and processes to refine user journeys and amplify conversion rates.

Overseeing the CRM database, activating, monitoring, analyzing, and improving inherently the CRM process throughout the whole organization.

  • Analyzing website and marketing campaign performance through
    web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio, providing comprehensive reports on insights gleaned.
  • Spearheading
    website management and optimization efforts, utilizing CMS platforms like WordPress and Strapi to consistently enhance website performance and elevate user experiences.
  • Monitoring and optimizing
    SEO performance using tools like SEM Rush to ensure a market edge in website SEO and YouTube channel presence.

Collaborating closely with development and product teams, deeply understanding ongoing IT projects. This involves effectively communicating with various technical stakeholders, understanding project intricacies, and foreseeing marketing requirements arising from these initiatives.

  • Pioneering the exploration and implementation of
    new acquisition channels, for instance, chatbots, to amplify lead generation and engagement.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with agencies and external service providers, ensuring seamless collaboration to meet and exceed growth goals.

What do I need from you?:

  • Master's in Digital Marketing or Web Marketing from a university or Business school
  • 4+years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or lead generation. Prior experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Lemlist, PhantomBuster, SEM Rush, and other marketing software and proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio
  • Strong communication skills in French and English
  • Prior experience in inbound marketing, funnels, web performance, and CRM management. Proficiency with CMS (WordPress, Strapi) and indepth understanding of SEO, SEA, and SEM
  • Recognized for strong analytical & organizational skills to track and optimize KPIs and the conversion funnel skills and work on various projects
Curiosity, proactivity, open-mindedness and eagerness to explore new opportunities in digital marketing
