Notre client est une entreprise qui développe des solutions dédiées à la protection des entreprises, services publics et commerces pour faire face aux risques des plus courants jusqu'aux plus extrêmes. Son offre associe des équipements certifiés de protection active et passive à des plateformes digitales destinées à optimiser l'exploitation. Elle propose des solutions et services de sécurité : automates de traitement des billets, coffres-forts, chambres fortes, sas, porte et cloison de sécurité, contrôle d'accès et sécurité électronique pour les sites à haut risque, les banques, les aéroports, les bâtiments publics et commerciaux. Pour continuer cette transformation de l'organisation commerciale, nous les accompagnons dans le recrutement d'un Directeur Régional des Ventes Ile de France.
Rattaché au Directeur Commercial, le Directeur Régional des Ventes Ile de France, aura les objectifs suivants :
? Développer le Chiffre d'affaires de la région en s'assurant de marges entrantes en adéquation avec les objectifs de l'entreprise ;
? Participer aux relations commerciales qui s'établissent entre la société et la clientèle visitée par l'équipe de vente (offre de prix, marchés annuels, remises exceptionnelles, litiges commerciaux, etc.) ;
? Animer et développe les compétences des équipes de vente afin de garantir un haut niveau de performance des collaborateurs ;
? Le candidat devra répondre au cahier des charges suivants : o Expérience du management o Expérience du BTOB avec un haut niveau d'interlocuteurs (patrons de PME, Direction achats, patron de la Sécurité) o Mise en avant du collectif o Maitrise du stress o Maitrise des ventes dans un univers complexe (bureau études, architectes, partenaires ...)
