Korn Ferry is offering a
unique opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic
Campus Recruiter to join our team in Paris.


As a key player in defining the yearly campus cycle, you'll be responsible for the Early Careers recruitment process of our client's team.

You'll be responsible to attract and recruit talents in close collaboration with our client's hiring managers and HRBPs. This involves regular meetings, definition of the adequate recruitment strategy, using and exploring recruitment channels and social media promotions.

You'll also be responsible for the end-to-end organisation of job-fairs, handling the administrative and organisational aspects and maintaining professional and close relationship with universities and schools.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help formulate recruitment strategies
  • Drive campus recruitment planning and execution across key schools and universities, acting as their recruitment point of contact
  • Organize and attend recruitment events, career fairs, etc
  • Participate in offer management and onboarding activities
  • Attending university events, both in Paris and in the rest of France
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and reporting on hiring results and recruitment metrics
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements:


  • Graduate or early careers recruitment experience in a fastpaced organization
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
  • Fluency in English and French (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Event organisation and logistics skills
