    Présentation de Daher

    Nous sommes avionneur et équipementier pour l'industrie et le service et nous affirmons notre leadership dans 4 principaux métiers - construction d'avions, équipements et systèmes aéronautiques, services industriels, services logistiques et supply chain.

    Le site de Daher localisé à Saint-Vallier dans la Drôme, est l'unique robinetier nucléaire à capitaux 100% français. Le site de Saint-Vallier assure la conception, réalisation, commercialisation, le service après ventes et la maintenance dans les domaines d'activités suivants : l'énergie, le nucléaire militaire et le nucléaire civil (fabrication de vannes).

    Vous intégrez un site dynamique en transformation.

    Au sein de l'équipe RH locale, vous êtes rattaché(e) à la Responsable RH du site. Vos missions, dans le cadre de votre master, sont les suivantes :

    o RECRUTEMENT

    Définir les besoins avec les managers

    Gérer les jobboards

    Préqualifier les candidats (susciter l'envie et analyser la motivation)

    Réaliser le sourcing de candidats et diversifier les canaux de recherche (chasse sur Linkedin, Apec, Pole Emploi etc..)

    Proposer des stratégies pour acquérir de nouveaux candidats

    Analyser les CV et retenir les profils les plus pertinents

    Coordonner l'agenda des équipes et placer les entretiens

    Réaliser les entretiens

    o DEVELOPPEMENT RH

    Participer activement à la construction de notre marque employeur

    Développer notre relation école/entreprise pour garder le lien avec des étudiants

    Formaliser le processus d'intégration, création et déploiement des outils associés (welcome pack, rapport d'étonnement, suivi de la montée en compétences, check-list d'intégration...)

    Participer à l'onboarding de nos collaborateurs (arrivée, intégration, formation...)

    Être en support des managers pour les campagnes RH : EIP, people review,...

    Suivre et analyser les tableaux de bord sociaux

    o QVT / RSE

    Proposer, mettre en place et animer des projets QVT/RSE

    o GESTION COURANTE

    Participer à la gestion administrative des RH (courriers, avenants, contrats de travail...)

    Préparer les différentes instances de représentation du personnel

    Participer aux différents projets et autres missions RH

    Ces missions pourront évoluer selon votre investissement et les compétences démontrées.

    Issu(e) d'une formation de type Bac +3 spécialisée dans les Ressources Humaines, vous souhaitez poursuivre vos études par un Master RH en alternance, vous avez idéalement une première expérience au sein d'un service RH.

    Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) et les réseaux sociaux professionnels.

    Organisation, esprit d'analyse, autonomie et écoute sont les prérequis pour cette mission.

    Vous disposez en outre de très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles d'analyse et de synthèse ainsi qu'un fort sens relationnel et d'adaptation.

    Vous êtes capable d'interagir avec des fonctions techniques avec des priorités multiples.
