    Description
    LHH Recruitment Solutions, cabinet de conseil en recrutement, recherche pour son client, groupe spécialisé dans la fabrication d'éléments en béton pour la construction , un Assistant Administration des Ventes (H/F), en CDI, situé à Paris
    Rattaché au Directeur des opérations et à la Directrice administrative et financière, vous assurez l'interface régulière avec les clients de l'entreprise et participez activement au bon déroulement des opérations en lien avec les différents services internes, dans l'objectif d'assurer une satisfaction client maximum.
    Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le service Commercial et Administratif
    Savoir gérer divers tâches administratives (commandes des fournitures de bureaux, classement et gestion des dossiers, ...)
    Cette expérience aura été acquise au sein d'un service client et/ou Administration des ventes
    La bonne maîtrise de l'informatique en général et particulièrement de Excel et du Pack Office est indispensable
