- En partenariat avec le Distribution Planner, l'Allocation Planner intègre les différents niveaux de risques avant d'allouer le stock disponible aux clients internes et externes
- Dans le cadre des commandes de produits promotionnels (gift set...) pour les filiales à stock/hub: L'Allocation Planner réalise le comparatif de ces commandes avec le plan des propositions d'ordres de distribution (OD) initialement validées. L'allocation planner est garant du suivi des stocks résiduels des commandes promotionnelles.
- Analyser les réservations de stock des pays en livraison directe et alerter les filiales sur leur stock résiduel.
- Donner les instructions de préparation et les priorités à notre Service de Logistique Internationale en assurant le respect du plan de préparation pour garantir une activité constante à la logistique physique.
- Traiter quotidiennement les commandes des pays en livraison directe en respectant les horaires de traitement.
- Traiter les demandes de transfert de stock et de retours des filiales
- Partenaire privilégié pour un groupe de marchés, l'allocation planner est le point d'entrée des sujets relatifs au statut des commandes passées.
- Dans le cadre de ce partenariat, l'allocation planner est l'ambassadeur du département ADV auprès des marchés. Il devra communiquer efficacement et développer des relations professionnelles avec nos clients/partenaires.
- En lien direct avec la gestion quotidienne – l'Allocation Planner propose des voies d'optimisation du process et est capable d'identifier les possibles « waste » dans le cadre d'une stratégie d'amélioration continue.

:L'Allocation Planner est responsable pour un périmètre donné (groupe de marchés, filiales à stock, clients en livraison directe, hub régionaux, plateforme e-com) de consolider, coordonner l'approvisionnement et de donner les instructions de préparation à notre plateforme logistique.
