- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and industry contacts, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the delivery of high-quality advisory services and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver integrated solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with deal teams to assess potential transactions and develop compelling pitches and proposals for client engagements.
- Provide strategic guidance and support throughout the deal execution process, including due diligence, negotiation, and transaction structuring.
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal stakeholders to address issues and drive successful outcomes.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to enhance visibility and build credibility within the investment banking community.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including white papers, articles, and presentations, to showcase the firm's expertise and differentiate our services.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (typically 15+ years) in investment banking, corporate finance, or related financial services roles, with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
- Proven track record of successfully originating and executing complex transactions across Infrastructure, Industrials or Energy Transition.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Established network of contacts within the Infrastructure, Industrials or Energy Transition space.
