    Job Description

    Within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), you join the Talent Pool Corporate team, composed of 9 people, as an analyst.

    The Talent Pool Corporate was created in to support senior originators in marketing and transaction execution across all Investment Banking businesses (DCM, SECM, Capital Structure & Rating Advisory and Acquisition & Strategic Finance) with corporate clients.

    On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

  • Lead the modeling (construction of complex business plans, realization of acquisition models and valuation work);
  • Be in charge of financial analysis (analysis of performance on an absolute and relative basis, understanding of the business model, positioning and impact of market conditions, identification of possible problems);
  • Prepare presentations of marketing documents (pitch books, teasers), presentations related to the execution phases (investor presentations, Information Memorandum etc.);
  • Produce market studies (search for public information on companies and their markets, drafting of summary notes on the information collected, development and maintenance of databases).

    • As an analyst in the Corporate Talent Pool, you are directly involved in the various phases of projects for Natixis CIB customers and prospects, from origination to closing.

    You are familiar with:

    • Financial analysis;

    • Modelling;

    • Producing market research;

    • Customer presentations and pitch;

    • Corporate finance techniques.

    You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are:

    • Able to work on different projects with multiple originators;

    • Able to perform high quality work and pick up the "extra mile" within sometimes tight deadlines;

    • Excellent team player

    You master English with a B2 level.
