Notre client est basé dans le secteur du recyclage.Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de facturation F/H dans lecadre d'une mission en intérim.En qualité de Chargé(e) defacturation vous serez chargé :- Contrôle fin de la facturation (exhaustivité et fiabilité) - Bilan fin de mois- Génération des rapports et TDB analyse et diffusion - Divers Etudes direction et "rapports d'activités services" - Interlocuteur des commerciaux, assistantes, bureau d'étude - Traitement des feuilles de missions et ouverture de comptes- Gestion des N° de commande (KKB) - Contrôle et scan des BE - - Facturation ponctuelle et mensuelle - Achats et (bordereaux achat) - Facturation sur la base des factures reçues desous-traitance - Mises en décharge - Relances des commerciaux sur adresses mails pourdématérialisation - Edition des factures hors dématérialisation - Mise sous plis et envoi des factures hors dématérialisation- Dépôt des factures sur plateformes - Litiges et relances clients - Avoirs + TDB avoirs -Demandes client spécifiques tous clients
Profil recherché :
