Poste : VOTRE FUTUR Dans le cadre de la forte croissance du Groupe Square Management, nous recherchons un Executive Recruiter & HR Projects pour participer à la construction de notre équipe recrutement groupe. En nous rejoignant, vous collaborez au quotidien avec l'ensemble des Partners de Square Management pour assurer le recrutement de nos futurs talents. Vos principales missions en recrutement : Mettre en oeuvre une stratégie de sourcing efficace et adaptée pour attirer des profils cadres à hauts potentiels Piloter le process de recrutement de A à Z avec les Partners -> définition du besoin, approche directe, préqualification, 1ers entretiens puis assurer la bonne expérience candidat tout au long du processus jusqu'à la signature Etre force de proposition quant à la structuration et l'amélioration continue du process de recrutement Faire évoluer et suivre les KPIs recrutement Véritable force de proposition, vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des opérationnels dans nos métiers et jouez également un rôle d'interface actif auprès de nos correspondants RH. En parallèle, vous intervenez sur des projets RH : Piloter les relations écoles : organisation et participation aux forums, négociation de partenariats, gestion des interventions auprès des Masters ciblés Développer notre marque employeur en lien avec la Responsable Recrutement et l'équipe Communication (communication sur les réseaux sociaux, évènements recrutement etc.) Profil : VOS TALENTS Diplômé d'un Master, vous bénéficiez d'une 1ère expérience significative dans les métiers du recrutement. Vous parlez anglais couramment. Vous recherchez des journées rythmées par la recherche du meilleur profil et les entretiens de recrutement tout en pilotant les relations écoles. Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités d'analyse, de synthèse et votre excellent relationnel. D'un naturel positif, organisé et impliqué, vous souhaitez accompagner et conseiller les Partners sur leurs recrutements.
