- Gestion de projet : mener les évolutions produit dont créer des scénario de recette et les réaliser avec les chargés de MOA, suivre le déploiement sur la plateforme
- Suivi de la qualité et de la performance de la plateforme en ligne : suivi des incidents & communication, plan de remédiation.
- Relation avec le service de gestion : organisation des points de gestion et amélioration des process, mise à jour des supports
- Mettre à jour des reportings mensuels, et proposer/présenter des supports accessibles et attractifs pour les Centres de Profit et les commerciaux
- Faire des démo de la plateforme aux courtiers et interne
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, vous avez un goût pour les chiffres et pour la gestion de projet
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous êtes doté d'une forte réactivité et d'une grande curiosité
- Volontaire, dynamique et enthousiaste, vous aimez le challenge et faite preuve d'initiative
- Aptitude au travail en équipe et en mode projet, vous disposez d'un bon relationnel
- Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel et Powerpoint) et d'Internet
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Des notions en Assurance seraient un plus
