    Position: Senior Project Finance Specialist

    Reports to: Project Finance Manager

    Expanding our Financial team we would like to hire a skilled and experienced Project Finance Manager/Senior Project Finance Specialist to join our team. As a Project Finance, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support for various projects within the organization. Your main objective will be to ensure the successful financing and execution of projects, while mitigating financial risks.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Project Financing proposals, including loan applications, investment memorandums, and financial presentations.
    • Financial analysis and feasibility studies for potential projects, including evaluating bankbility, risk, and return.
    • Collaborate with internal function and also external advisors to prepare due diligence of the project
    • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as banks, investors, and financial institutions, to secure non-reource Project Financing and negotiate favorable terms.
    • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial performance, and provide regular reports to management.
    • Identify and assess financial risks associated with projects, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Project Finance, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls related to Project Finance.

    Skills Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is preferred.
    • 3-5 years of working experience in Global Commercial Bank, preferred experience in the area of Project Finance, Sydication, Structure Finance.
    • Fluent business French/English communication, preferred France/UK working experience. And preferable Chinese-speaking, at least medium level.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to face complex situation and negocate with Banks
