    NEO is a major Group worldwide program decided by the Executive Committee – that will create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, Countries, Zones & Divisions.

    By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our goto-market initiatives in a more consumer centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams. Laying the foundation for Beauty Tech, NEO will contribute to group performance, by leveraging our data, and helping transform L'Oréal into a "smart company"

    The Techteam at L'Oréal NEO Global is here to provide Business the Tech possible to cover Business needs and support L'Oreal growth. The tech includes from S/ development to integration architecture and build, functional security, EE observability, devsecops, performance testing.

    We like to share, to learn, to grow together, to help each other, to understand Business, IT, Tech.

    Our main partners are Tribes (Métier/IT), Entreprise Architecture, IT Global, Zones, Business Platforms (OPS&DIN, HR, O+O)

    EACH DAY AS PART OF THIS TEAM, YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

  • Learn and challenge functional and metier processes, enable them with the best solution that will fit their need.
  • Learn Integration from application to application.
  • Learn new ways of working (Agile, DevSecOps, Testing, Automation, S/ new tech, API, Event)
  • Meet people from all over the world, from Asia in the morning to Americas in the afternoon.
  • Meet main challenges of L'Oreal and shape the future with a knowledgeable team
  • Build the New ERP for L'Oreal for at least the next years

    WHAT COULD BE THE NEXT STEPS AFTER THIS POSITION?

    In NEO you will learn and shape the future ERP system, maintain it and make it compliant with all countries on all line of business (AFM, AFI, AFP).

    Knowing the new EE Processes and the application connected to it, you will know the L'Oréal application landscape.

    From SAP Tech Lead, to architecture, to Entreprise Architecture, IT project management, some roads will open with your knowledge acquire in NEO.

    With NEO you will:
