    Mission

    s :
  • Préparation des pitches, présentations et réponses aux appels d'offres clients (souvent multi juridictionnels)
  • Coordination avec les bureaux Dentons Europe pour des initiatives BD
  • Mise à jour des documents et des bases de données (credentials, deal lists, etc.)
  • Mise en place des actions de CRM et optimisation de la gestion de la relation client
  • Préparation des soumissions aux annuaires juridiques afin d'améliorer le positionnement externe et la visibilité de Dentons sur le marché
  • Etudes sur des entreprises et des secteurs d'activité cibles dans le cadre de rendez-vous clients et prospects, pour des pitches / propositions
  • Développement de la veille concurrentielle et réalisation d'études statistiques, d'analyses financières
  • Participation à la mise en place d'outils et à l'amélioration des processus BD
  • Contribution à la communication externe et interne

    • Profil recherché :

  • Formation supérieure avec une spécialisation en Marketing / BD et idéalement double cursus droit et Marketing international, économie, business ou équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle en Marketing / BD entre 7 à 8 ans, idéalement en cabinet d'avocats international ou environnement professionnel similaire

  • Capacité d'analyse, rigueur et gestion des priorités
  • Qualités relationnelles et capacité à communiquer dans un environnement exigeant
  • Sens du service et recherche de la satisfaction clients
  • Force de proposition et réactivité

    • Niveau technique :

  • Français / Anglais : Bilingue / Courant
  • Indispensable : Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Souhaité : FileSite, Interaction
