Pour accompagner notre croissance, et dans un contexte de forte transformation du Groupe (internalisation de notre activité de production de couches bébé dans les Hauts-de-France et reprise des activités de formulation et d'essai du groupe Eugène Perma), nous recrutons un(e) Directeur/trice R&D, Qualité, Sécurité et Affaires Règlementaires Groupe.Rattaché(e) à la direction générale et membre du Comité de Direction , vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :
1/ Définir la Politique de Recherche & Développement du Groupe afin de promouvoir une véritable culture de l'innovation produit :
Définition de la Politique générale R&D et des objectifs associés en lien avec les contraintes règlementaires, achats, marketing, commerciales, de production....
Création d'une feuille de route stratégique en ligne avec la politique définie
2/ Piloter la stratégie R&D et le portefeuille de projets du Groupe sur le secteur de l'hygiène (couche, hygiène féminine etc...) et de la cosmétique (shampoings, colorations) :
Sélection du portefeuille de projets en lien avec le marketing
Pilotage des études de faisabilité/ tests en interne
Définition des partenariats industriels (clients, fournisseurs, universités, centre de tests et d'essais...)
Animation des COPIL R&D...
3/ Superviser et Structurer la politique Affaires Réglementaires, Qualité et Sécurité du Groupe avec plusieurs chantiers prioritaires au niveau Corporate et Production :
Organiser le Système de Management de la Qualité de l'entreprise dans un objectif d'amélioration continue
Optimiser le contrôle qualité Matières Premières & Produits Finis sur notre site de Bully...
4/ Améliorer la Sécurité et le suivi des affaires règlementaire
Veille règlementaire tant en France qu'à l'Export (axe stratégique de développement)
Gestion des réclamations clients et leur lien avec l'équipe R&D
5/ Management et mentoring de l'équipe R&D/qualité/sécurité/affaires règlementaires
De formation supérieure (Bac+5, Ingénieur), vous avez 10 ans d'expérience sur une fonction similaire.
Votre vision stratégique du marché FMCG vous permet d'être force de proposition pour impulser une ambitieuse politique R&D au service de la croissance du Groupe.
Au-delà de vos compétences opérationnelles, vous excellez dans le travail « en mode projet » et vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur et votre sens de l'organisation.
Votre Anglais (écrit et oral) est fluent.
Vous êtes mobile (déplacements réguliers sur notre site de production dans les hauts-de-France, chez nos sous-traitants, dans les salons à l'export etc...)
Créée en 2013 par 2 jeunes papas et amis d'enfance, Geoffroy Blondel de Joigny et Kilian O'Neill, Naturopera est une ETI de 150 collaborateurs (80 millions d'€ de CA annuel), leader indépendant de l'Hygiène Beauté "Made In France" spécialisée dans les produits du quotidien bio, naturels et écologiques.
Notre projet sociétal vise à promouvoir une consommation plus vertueuse et porteuse de sens qui contribue à la sauvegarde du patrimoine industriel français tout en préservant l'Homme et l'Environnement.
Connue pour ses marques d'hygiène Bébé (Tidoo, Carryboo, Libellys) et d'hygiène féminine (Tadam'), Naturopera se positionne également comme un acteur majeur de la coloration et du soin du cheveu avec ses marques iconiques (Pétrole Hahn, Eugène Color, Keranove, Nat&Nove Bio, Biorène).
Nos produits sont disponibles dans les réseaux GMS (Hyper et Supermarchés), Bio, Pharmacie et Web.
L'année 2022 a également marqué une nouvelle étape dans la mise en œuvre de notre projet d'entreprise avec l'inauguration à Bully-les-Mines (Hauts de France) de notre usine éco-responsable de production de couches écologiques.
Enfin, Naturopera a une double labellisation RSE (BioEd et PME+).
