    Le Groupe Vauban est un distributeur automobile français fondé en Cette entreprise familiale, depuis 3 générations, est implantée dans les Yvelines (78), le Val d'Oise (95) et l'Oise (27 et 60).
    L'aventure débute à Saint-Germain-en-Laye, rue de Paris dans les Yvelines avec la première concession Peugeot. Au fur et à mesure des années, le groupe s'est agrandit pour devenir un groupe multimarques. Aujourd'hui, Vauban compte plus de 600 collaborateurs et dispose de 22 sites distribuant 6 marques : PEUGEOT, CITROËN, DS, TOYOTA, SEAT et CUPRA.
    Les 3 principales activités du groupe sont la vente de véhicules neufs et d'occasion, l'entretien, la réparation mécanique et carrosserie. Ces services sont proposés à des particuliers mais aussi aux professionnels (entreprises, commerçants, etc.).
    Un Groupe multi marques en développement.
    La concession VAUBAN basée aux Mureaux, distributeur de la marque Peugeot , Citroën et DS recherche dans le cadre d'un CDI un(e) CHEF APRES VENTE prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis dans un environnement évolutif et riche en technologies innovantes insufflées par la marque.
    Les avantages :

    Rattaché(e) directement au Responsable de site , vos principales missions seront le management et l'organisation du service APV de St Germain en Laye.
    1- Management du service après-vente:
    - Détermination et suivi des objectifs,
    - Appui à l'encadrement du SAV,
    - Encadrement de collaborateurs : attribution de missions / participation au recrutement / aux modalités de rémunération / à la définition et au suivi du plan de formation / au suivi de l'évolution des carrières / au tutorat de jeunes en formation alternée, etc.
    Le Responsable Après-Vente s'assure de l'application des règles, normes et procédures en matière d'après-vente, de qualité de service, de droit du travail, d'hygiène et sécurité, ainsi que du respect de l'environnement.
    2- Organisation et gestion du service après-vente:
    - Suivi de l'activité : collecte de données / élaboration et actualisation de tableaux de bord d'activité / détermination d'actions correctives,
    - Élaboration et suivi du budget annuel de l'activité,
    - Participation à la gestion financière de l'activité après-vente (investissement en équipements / détermination des prix de vente...) ,
    - Organisation fonctionnelle de(s) atelier(s) après-vente, participation au choix des équipements / suivi des plans de maintenance des équipements...,
    - Suivi des garanties,
    - Traitement des réclamations / gestion des litiges,
    - Encadrement de l'ensemble des activités administratives relatives au secteur après-vente,
    - Mise à jour, transmission et classement de la documentation technique et commerciale,
    - Contribution à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de démarches qualité.
    3- Développement commercial de l'après-vente :
    - Développement de l'activité commerciale après-vente, analyse de la concurrence, élaboration et mise en œuvre d'actions marketing, prospection / développement de la clientèle grands comptes,
    - Négociation des conditions d'achat et de vente auprès de : prescripteurs, prestataires et clients grands comptes,
    - Appui à la force de vente VN/VO, collaboration avec les autres secteurs d'activité de l'entreprise.
    Vous avez des compétences managériales, vous êtes polyvalent(e), vous savez faire preuve de diplomatie, de méthode et d'un grand sens de l'écoute. Vous avez une expérience réussie de 2/4 années min dans les métiers de l'après-vente automobile.
